Brief Introduction of Ball Mill:
Ball mill is an efficient machine for fine powder grinding after the crushing process. There are two ways of ball mill grinding: the dry way and the wet way. Ball Mill Working Priciple:
Ball Mill is a horizontal rotating device transmitted by the outer gear. The materials are transferred to the grinding chamber through the quill shaft uniformly. There are ladder liner and ripple liner and different specifications of steel balls in the chamber. The centrifugal force caused by rotation of barrel brings the steel balls to a certain height and impact and grind the materials into fine powder over a period of several hours. The ground materials are discharged through the discharging board thus the grinding process is finished.

1. When the Feldspar Ball Mill is in operation, the temperature of the lubricating oil of the main bearing, the transmission shaft and the reducer should be kept below 55℃, and the maximum temperature should not exceed 60℃, otherwise the operation of the Feldspar Ball Mill should be stopped and carefully checked.
2. During the operation of the Feldspar Ball Mill, it should be stable, without abnormal vibration, and no abnormal noise. If the above problems are found, the ball mill needs to be inspected and adjusted in time.
3. The daily maintenance of the Feldspar Ball Mill should determine the use state of the fasteners, whether there is looseness and wear, and check whether the joint surface has oil leakage, water leakage and ore leakage.
