Introduction
Shanxi Xiaoyi 200,000 t/a activated calcium oxide production line
was originally designed by a company in Beijing. However, during
the cooperation, the owner found that the design was not
professional, the process was cumbersome, and a lot of useless work
took much time. After careful consideration, the owner chose ZK
Corp to redesign and supply.
For the owner, it takes a lot of courage to redesign the project
after half process of the construction, because a lot of sunk costs
have been invested. In order to reduce the loss of the owner, the
engineers of ZK Corp fully took advantage of the original building
and terrain features on the site. While adjusting the production
process, the original useless buildings and terrain were cleverly
integrated into the new scheme, and the equipment was
scientifically rational The layout not only greatly simplifies the
production process, the equipment layout is also very compact, and
the second design and construction are realized on the limited
land, which not only meets the customer's process requirements, but
also saves land costs and production costs.
