LECA Rotary Kiln Introduction:
LECA (Light Expanded Clay Aggregate) as a new environmental
protection material is widely used in the construction field. It
can be made of wallboard, brick and other new wallboard material.
It also can be used for insulation, floor, lightweight concrete,
water treatment and etc. LECA Rotary kiln is the key equipment in
the LECA production. The performance will effect the final LECA
quality and production cost directly.
Before building ceramsite production line, we should first
understand the local environmental protection requirements for kiln
emissions, focusing on the emission standards for dust content,
nitrogen oxides, sulfides, and odors. Then, according to local
environmental protection standards, exhaust gas treatment system
that meets local requirements is designed.
When designing an exhaust gas treatment system, it is necessary to
consider the fuel problem, because the components of the exhaust
gas are completely different from the burnt rice bran, coal, and
natural gas. These must be fully analyzed and understood before
construction, and the influence of raw materials, fuels and working
conditions on the composition of the flue gas must be fully
considered.
Generally, when we deal with the dust of the kiln tail gas, we will
use the kiln tail smoke chamber, cyclone dust collector or ceramic
multi-tube dust removal, bag dust removal to solve this problem,
and then the instability of the working conditions should be
considered in the system design. Then design emergency facilities
and dust removal and utilization equipment so that the dust can be
easily resolved. Then we will consider whether it is out of stock,
low temperature or high temperature. The two ways in investment and
later stag, the cost is very different. In addition, according to
the flue gas composition and flue gas volume, desulfurization and
nitrogen oxide removal are appropriately considered to design and
select equipment.
Finally, according to whether there is a peculiar smell in the flue
gas, choose the corresponding deodorizing device, but the
deodorizing equipment on the market is not very durable, and the
selection should consider the working conditions.
