Vertical Raw Mill Compact Layout System Equipment With Light Weight
Vertical Raw Mill Working Principle:
The raw material from dosing station after weighing, transported
into inlet of vertical mill by belt conveyor, then fed into rotary
air lock of vertical mill with outer recycle materials, after the
grinding, drying, separating, the crude material comes back
grinding disc for grinding again, the qualified product will be
brought into cyclone filter through separator, the product
collected by cyclone filter and powder from bag filter at the kiln
tail comes into raw meal homogenizing silo by air chute, bucket
elevator and so on.
The part of exhaust gas from cyclone filter came back into air
inlet of vertical mill, and other will be discharged into
atmosphere through kiln system filter, fan and chimney.
The heat air source of raw material vertical mill is from high
temperature fan and preheater exhaust gas.
Vertical Grinding Mill Advantages:
1. The material is mainly broken and pulverized by the weight of
the roller and the pressure of the pressurizing device. During the

contact of the roller and disc when the machine in tion, there

disc. A position limiting device is designed not only to adjusting
the gap size between them, but to observing the material thickness
under roller any time, thereby ensuring the mill with safety and
economic operation.

(4)Moisture content of refined powder:slag 0.5~1.0%,cement 0.5~1.0%,raw meal 0.5~1.0%;
(5)The specific installed capacity and parameters can be adjusted properly according to actual material nature.
