Introduction:

growing in popularity because it is the perfect solution for many
bulk solids handling applications. The shaft-less screw conveyor is
the solution for conveying many difficult bulk solids. In fact, the
shaft-less conveyor was so successful in the Environmental
industry, that its use has been promoted in many other industries
such as chemical, food, and minerals processing.
Shaft-less Screw Conveyor Application:
It is widely used in building material, metallurgy, chemical
industry, electric power, coal, machinery, light industry, food and
food industry, suitable for conveying powder, granule, small block
material, such as cement, coal, food, chemical fertilizer, ash,
sand, coke, etc.
Drag Chain Conveyor Structure:
A shaft-less conveyor is designed to be supported by a liner that
conforms to the radius of the trough. The weight of the shaft-less
spiral is distributed over the full length of the spiral on the
liner. The drive is connected to one end of the spiral by means of
a flanged and bolted drive shaft and spiral end plate, while the
tail end of the spiral is not connected and is allowed to rotate
freely. If your process consists of bulk solids with high moisture
content, then the shaft-less screw conveyor is a perfect solution.
