Product description
Pan fertilizer granulator is a kind of granulation equipment, which
converts powdered materials into uniform, round pellets, such as
bauxite, shale, clay, sludge, fly ash, slag etc. It has the
advantages of uniform grain size, high output, compact structure,
convenient control and smooth operation, which can be widely used
in ceramic sand, petrochemical, construction, fire-resistant
insulation and other fields.
Aiming at the urgent demands of technological upgrading in domestic
ceramic sand industry, Henan Zhengzhou Mining Machinery Co.,Ltd.
has successfully developed a similar kind of advanced granulator by
the way of collaborative research and innovation. It is capable of
fully meeting the requirements for clean and efficient production
of a variety of ceramic sands.
The company's pot granulator has low energy consumption, easy to
control the size of the ball size, and good strength. The diameter
of the pan is from 2.2m to 4.2m, and there are 8 models in total,
the speed is 14-24 (r/min), and the supporting motor power is
15KW-132KW, which can meet the production demand of 1t-18t per hour.

Working principle
The working principle of the granulator is that the transmission
device drives the cylinder to rotate through the bridge device, and
the axis of the cylinder is at a specific angle with the horizontal
plane; when the powder is added to the cylinder through the feeding
port, it starts to spray water into the cylinder to moisten it.
When the powder is tumbling, it gradually forms a ball core, and
the wet ball core gradually grows into granules under the
continuous rolling, friction and collision. When the particle size
reaches the requirement, it is unloaded through the discharge door.
