Product description
The experimental granulator of our company has two series ZKL(T),
the pan-type PQ(T) and the pan-type granulator. The inclination
angle of the disc type experimental granulator is 40-60°, the
rotation speed is 0-42 (r/min), and the power of the supporting
motor is 0.55KW; Corresponding to the 500mm, 600mm diameter of the
ball into the disk, there are two types of motor powers, 2.2KW and
3KW.
Product structure
The pot granulator is composed of a granulating pot, a large gear,
a transmission part, a frame, a base, a scraper rack, and an
unpowered scraper.
1. The main body of the disc granulator, the main body includes a
frame, a regulating part and a granulating disc.
2. One main reducer, input shaft with pulley, output shaft with
pinion.
3. Point power, with a pulley.
4. The supporting granulation disc device includes a main shaft,
two roller bearings, and two bearing seats.

preheater, cooler, crusher, metallurgical oven, magnetic separator,
flotation machine, classifier, feeder, bucket elevator, preheater,
