Screw Conveyor Introduction:
Screw conveyor with a compact structure, small cross-sectional
area, lightweight, good airproof performance, high transmission
efficiency, flexibility process in layout, equipment, demolition,
mobile convenience and in safe working order. Applicable to
transport all kinds of powder, granular, small block of bulk
materials, such as the clay powder, coal, cement, sand, grains,
small lump coal, gravel and cast iron. Not suitable for viscous
transport, and easy to agglomerate and perishable materials. The
form of screw conveyor according to the level of configuration,
tilt, and the form of portfolio and work with other transportation
device used to complete the set operation, distribution, whip,
mixing, dehydration, set list of ingredients, dumping of cut-off,
stacking operation, etc.. This product is suitable for bulk cement
transportation from cement bin to stirring machine or to dosing
machine in concrete batching plant.
Application of Screw Conveyor:
Screw conveyor generally used for continuity conveying bulk
materials in short distance at horizontal or slightly oblique
(angle β≤15 °) direction. It can mix and stir the material during
conveying. The working environment is -20 ~ 50 ℃, and the material
should be less than 200 ℃. Its design and fabrication meet the
professional standards in JB/T7679-2008-"screw conveyor". The
hanging bearing adopts the two structures of rolling and sliding
interchangeable. It has low resistance, strong sealing and good
wear resistance.
Types of Screw Conveyor:
Screw Conveyor in the form of transmission is divided into shaft
screw conveyor and shaft-less screw conveyor, in the shape is
divided into U-type screw conveyor and tube screw conveyor.
